Whale Slow Stitch Kit

This beginners hand stitching kit by Ravenglass enables you to create a beautiful hand sewn textile art collage using slow stitching. 

Slow Stitching is the practice of hand sewing with intention and thoughtfulness whilst providing a little pause from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It focuses on using simple hand stitching techniques and processes, and total creative freedom over cutting, placing, overlapping and stitching your fabrics together. 

The kit contains all materials needed including a
unique free motion machine embroidered picture of a whale on felt (designed and hand made by Erica at Ravenglass), a 6" x 6" canvas backing material, a mixed selection of 5 high quality fabrics, two embroidery needles (one large, one small), 1 skein of coordinating embroidery thread, hand printed words, buttons and a simple tip sheet.

You will just need a pair of good, sharp scissors.
