July Birth Month Stamp Cross Stitch Kit

The delphinium is the birth month flower for July. A staple of the English country garden, the tall spires of blue flowers provide an elegant backdrop to the herbaceous border. The Victorians considered the flowers to be symbolic of an open heart and carefree spirit with grace and dignity.

This beautiful counted cross stitch is stitched in three strands of embroidery thread on perforated paper. The finished stamp is 61 × 73 stitches and measures approximately 11cm x 13cm.

The kit contains all you need to stitch your stamp: Full colour instructions and charts, 14 count perforated cross stitch paper, Anchor and DMC stranded embroidery thread, John James needle, white backing card.

Once finished the needlework may be cut out using scissors and mounted on a backing or in a frame (not included).
