Deer Knitting Kit

This characterful Reindeer head by Sincerely Louise is part of her Forest Friend's collection.

The deer is knitted using straight needles (no working in the round) and is an intermediate knit, as there is some turning in the middle of a row to create the horns. Other stitches used are knit, purl, increasing (Kfb), decreasing (K2tog, SKP) and casting on and off at the beginning of the row. 

The kit contains all materials needed:

• A step by step pattern and photo sewing up booklet in English. 
• Scheepjes yarn (70% cotton, 30% acrylic)
• A pair of 5mm (US 8) knitting needles
• Mini Sincerely Louise trophy board (for mounting it onto the wall)
• 50g toy stuffing
• Sewing needle
• 2 x 80cm (32in) strands of florist wire
• 2 x 12mm toy eyes and washers
• Sincerely Louise project bag

This is the smaller size deer kit which measures approximately 24cm x 30cm x 26cm (9in x 12in x 10in).
