This is one of Little Dove's best selling counted cross stitch kits, featuring cute little boats, lighthouses and sea creatures, and text which reads:
Life isn't about waiting for the winds to change, it's about learning to adjust your sails
This design uses a beautiful DMC Color Variations thread in shades of blue to add a lovely effect to the wave patterns. Just be aware that due to the nature of variegated thread the colours may differ very slightly from the images shown in the image.
This design is stitched on 14 count grey aida, and your finished piece will measure approximately 8.5in x 12.5in.
The kit includes all materials needed to complete the design:
- a colour image of the finished design
- a colour printed chart and key
- 14ct Zweigart aida in Grey
- pre-sorted DMC threads
- 2 full skeins of DMC variegated thread
- needle
- a guide to cross stitch
Please note: if you prefer to use an embroidery hoop for cross stitching, this is not included in the kit. Hoops can however be purchased separately from our Haberdashery section.
